iView's Smart Sensors

iView is leading provider of home automation devices, including low power yet extremely reliable, high-performance wireless security sensors designed to protect your family and property.

How Do Home Alarm Systems Work?

A wireless sensor stands guard, ready to set off an alarm upon scanning human movement, a door being opened, or a broken window. Technology has also paved the way for automated leak detection through the use of a water sensor.

The iView S100, S200 and S300 series offers easy-to-install and easy-to-use sensors that provide real-time alerts to homeowners. Our security devices forego the need to integrate to a home network or hub, which only tend to limit the placement of your sensor. iView wireless door sensors are ready to use right out of the box. No installation fees, no drilling on walls nor monthly subscriptions to worry about during its 1-2 year lifespan (up to 5 years on standby). Both motion and water sensors require establishing a quick connection with your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet, giving you more control with remote operation.

iView S100 Door Sensor

Door alarm systems or contact motion sensors help secure your family's safety by deterring break-in and theft. Screw it on or simply stick to install, with the magnet attached to the door or window itself and the sensor onto the frame. The alarm is triggered once the radio frequency in the circuitry is disturbed in cases when the entryway is breached.

Ideally, every door and window must have a sensor, especially in big homes, such that you are aware of its open or closed status. The devices also contribute to energy efficiency and keeping heating and cooling costs down by ensuring doors and windows are always closed. The iView S100 can also be used on cabinets, drawers, and restricted areas within the home like the workout room or basement for child safety.

iView S200 Motion Sensor

Motion detectors provide an added layer of security by alerting you when there's someone in your home who shouldn't be. A passive infrared motion detector or PIR sensor detects infrared energy emitted by people in the form of heat. The alarm is activated when an intruder walks along the detection area, which would be within a 7M distance at a 110-degree angle for the iView S200. With support for 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n wireless and 45m range, you receive immediate alerts once the sensor is tripped. You'd know of any potential threat right on your phone, leading to faster response times and avoidance of losses. For effective placement, attach indoor motion sensors in areas where an intruder is most likely to pass parallel to the device, such as the main hallway, stairwell, and near rooms where you store valuables.

iView S300 Water Sensor

Detecting leaks can be tricky. Prevention is by far the best way to avoid water damage, the thousands of dollars in repair expenses and health risks that come with it. State-of-the-art technology built in the Iview water level sensor can spot problems early on before they get worse. The S300 has an IP67 rating and is designed for 4 years of continued use, placed in the basement, near your washing machine, dishwasher, hot water heater, refrigerator with an ice maker or water dispenser, sinks and toilets. Just attach the transmitter to the wall and let the water probe hang, and set it up to notify you via app of leaks and flooding.

Maximize your home security with sophisticated sensors to monitor movement and detect the presence of water. Using affordable iView smart sensors, you're in control of your budget and entire security system at all times for your utmost peace of mind.
